The 78 Cards
Six of Wands
Minor Arcana, the suit of Wands, the Six. Element: fire.

Victory, recognition, the ride home in front of the crowd.
The picture
A rider wearing a laurel wreath sits on a white horse, holding a wand with a second wreath tied to the top. People on foot walk beside him, carrying wands of their own. The horse wears a long green cloth, and the rider wears a red cloak.
Upright
Six is harmony restored, give and take. After the scuffle of the Five, someone has come out in front, and the crowd is with him.
This is the card of success that is seen. A promotion, a win, a good review, a project that lands and people notice. You did the work, and now there is recognition for it.
The give and take is in the crowd. He rides because they walk beside him. Their wands hold him up as much as his own does. Victory in Wands is rarely a solo effort, even when only one person wears the wreath.
Enjoy it. The Six of Wands is a good card to receive, and there is no virtue in pretending you did not do well. Take the ride, wave to the crowd, and thank the people walking beside you.
Reversed
Reversed, the wreath slips. The blocked reading comes first here: you have done well and the recognition is not coming, or it is going to someone else. It can also turn inward, when the praise arrives and you cannot let yourself take it in.
It can also be too much, where the need for applause has grown bigger than the work. To tell which, ask what you would do if nobody ever found out. If you would still do it, the recognition is delayed or blocked, and it matters less than it feels. If you would stop, the wreath has become the point.
When it turns up
Whose approval are you riding for?
