The New Moon in Libra is tonight

Tonight, Saturday 10 October, at 11:50 Perth time, ten minutes before midnight, the Moon is new at 17 degrees of Libra.

You will not see it, a New Moon is the one you never see, but you will feel the quiet of it all day.

A New Moon is the planting point.

The cycle that ended at the Aries Full Moon two weeks ago is finished, and a new one starts tonight. This one is in Libra, the sign of the scales, of partnership, of the other person and what is fair.

So whatever you plant tonight is about how you do relationships.

One thing is different about this New Moon, and it matters.

Venus, the planet that rules Libra, is retrograde. She has been walking backwards since last Saturday, reviewing everything you love and value.

So this is a New Moon for planting an intention, and it is a poor night for signing anything.

Decide what a fair relationship would look like.

Do not lock the terms in until Venus turns around in November.

Tomorrow morning I will write to you properly about what this Moon is asking.

Tonight, before you sleep, write down one thing you want to be different about how you do the other person.

One sentence.

Then leave it in the dark where the Moon is.

What are you planting tonight?
