Healing

The heart is for giving and receiving love, and it is very good at that. Healing energy comes in through the crown, from above you, and flows down through you to wherever it is needed. When people try to heal from the heart they end up giving their own energy away, and they finish every session drained. When they heal through the crown, they finish full. I have watched the difference for decades.

This area holds what I know about healing. Where the energy comes from and how to open to it. Why you always ask permission first, of the person and of whatever is doing the healing, and what happens when you do not. Clearing negative energy from a room, a house, a body. Recognising an energy block in yourself and in someone else. And protection, because a healer who does not protect themselves is a sponge, and sponges do not last.

I want to say one more thing at the door. Healing is ordinary. It is a skill, available to anyone willing to learn it, and like every skill it is built by doing it badly for a while and then less badly. The pieces here are meant to shorten that while.
